Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and entry points.
- Develop and implement customized integrated pest management (IPM) plans based on client needs.
- Safely apply chemical and non-chemical treatments to eliminate pests while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, chemicals used, and pest activity trends.
- Educate clients on preventative measures to avoid future pest problems.
- Operate and maintain company-provided equipment and vehicles with care.
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all service schedules are met.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in pest control, sanitation, or general maintenance is highly preferred.
- Physically capable of working in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Willingness to undergo training and certification as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
