- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, answering inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the company van and work tools.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, environmental protection guidelines, and company policies.
- Complete accurate daily logs, service reports, and inventory paperwork.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient route planning and coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo necessary pest control training and certification.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route efficiently.
- Basic math skills for calculating material usage and inventory management.
