- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure the store maintains a high standard of visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Monitor sales data and provide actionable insights to optimize store performance.
- Uphold and promote company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, ideally in pet care or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Passion for pets and a commitment to animal welfare.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
