Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify all prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and allergies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceuticals.
- Counsel patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects.
- Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and hospital regulations.
- Assist in the procurement and quality control of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure seamless patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy (D3/D4) from an accredited university.
- Valid Pharmaceutical Technician License (SIK) or Pharmacist License (AP-01).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills.
