Join Nestle's dynamic team as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist with a focus on Consumer Engagement. This critical role bridges product safety and customer interaction, ensuring our products meet the highest safety standards while fostering transparent communication with consumers. You'll monitor adverse events, analyze product complaints, and implement proactive safety measures to protect public health. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate adverse events, product complaints, and safety signals
- Engage with consumers to gather feedback and report safety concerns
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and global standards
- Prepare and submit periodic safety reports to regulatory authorities
- Develop and implement consumer safety communication strategies
- Collaborate with medical, legal, and marketing teams on safety initiatives
- Maintain and update pharmacovigilance databases and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacovigilance experience
- Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, and WHO pharmacovigilance regulations
- Excellent communication skills with consumer engagement experience
- Proficiency in pharmacovigilance databases (e.g., Argus, Vigibase)
- Certified Pharmacovigilance Professional (CPP) preferred
- Ability to analyze complex safety data and prepare reports
