Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
- Enforce strict adherence to healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards
- Coordinate staff schedules and provide leadership to pharmacy team members
- Maintain accurate documentation for prescriptions, inventory, and compliance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field
- Valid pharmacist license (Apt.) from Indonesian authorities
- Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmacy management or coordination
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and pharmacy laws
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy teams
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
