As a Photo Booth Assistant, you will be the face of our service. You will ensure that every guest has a fantastic time while interacting with our booths. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and dismantle photo booth equipment, backdrops, and professional lighting at various event venues.
- Proactively guide guests on how to use the photo booth and assist with prop selection to maximize fun.
- Monitor the printer, camera equipment, and software during events to ensure continuous and smooth operation.
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting for software and hardware on-site as needed.
- Manage digital gallery uploads and assist guests in receiving their digital copies via email or QR code.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor to enhance the guest experience throughout the event.
- Collaborate with event planners and venue staff to ensure logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Ensure the photo booth area remains clean, organized, and inviting throughout the duration of the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English to interact with a diverse range of guests.
- Basic knowledge of DSLR cameras, iPads, or general computer software is a significant plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event production is preferred.
- Possess reliable transportation and the willingness to travel to various event sites across Bali.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment cases (approximately 15-20kg).
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Professional appearance, punctual work ethic, and a positive attitude.
