- Design graphics, flyers, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
- Support HR and payroll teams with data entry, file management, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate internal communications related to employee benefits and company updates.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets and templates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategies and execution.
- Ensure all visual and written materials are accurate and polished before publication.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in photo editing and graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photo editing and design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of HR, payroll, or benefits administration is a plus.
