In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper of quality, transforming raw imagery into polished, high-impact visuals for our diverse range of advertising and commercial clients.

As our Digital Imager, you will work closely with photographers and art directors to execute complex retouching tasks, color grading, and image compositing. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-end photo retouching, including skin smoothing, blemish removal, and digital makeup, while maintaining natural textures.
- Perform advanced image manipulation, such as compositing, background replacement, and object removal.
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency across image series for e-commerce, print, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to interpret project briefs and translate them into polished visual assets.
- Manage large volumes of imagery with efficient file naming conventions and organizational workflows.
- Perform batch processing and image optimization for various web and print platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and software advancements in post-production techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in photo retouching or digital imaging.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and shadow management.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet strict project deadlines without compromising on quality.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality retouching work (commercial or editorial).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical image issues.
- Degree or Diploma in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related creative field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and implement creative feedback.
