We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join the visual team at Betterplace Property Management and Real Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos that showcase the unique charm and luxury of our vacation rentals and real estate properties. Your work will directly impact the marketing appeal of our listings, helping to attract potential guests and buyers.
As a key member of our creative team, you will travel to various properties across Bali to conduct on-site shoots. You will use your expertise in lighting, composition, and staging to highlight the best features of each space. We are looking for a professional who can deliver consistent, magazine-quality imagery and cinematic videos that tell a compelling story about our properties. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional photography and videography for vacation rentals and real estate properties.
- Set up and manage professional lighting equipment to achieve optimal results in various environments.
- Edit and retouch images using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal.
- Create engaging video content, including drone footage and walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with property managers to understand specific requirements and branding guidelines.
- Organize and archive digital assets efficiently for future use.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or interior photography.
- Proficient in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and video equipment.
- Expert knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and lighting techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to different locations in Bali.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
