As a critical member of our rehabilitation department, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical capabilities and designing effective treatment plans to assist in the recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home care exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (Sarjana Keperawatan/Profesi Ners).
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
