Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and treatment goals
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy plans based on clinical standards
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized treatments to aid recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention strategies
- Adhere to Japanese clinical standards and maintain high-quality service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related medical field
- Valid physiotherapy license and professional certification in Indonesia
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy
- Familiarity with Japanese physiotherapy techniques and standards is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse patients
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic Japanese language skills preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
