- Lead and mentor a team of digital ad operations specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, display, video, and search
- Develop and implement effective ad operation strategies that align with client objectives and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creative meets technical specifications and performance requirements
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results
- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all ad operation matters
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry regulations in all advertising activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of ad operations, including trafficking, optimization, and analytics
- Experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, and DSPs
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities
