We are seeking a detail-oriented PJT & Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This critical role ensures all products comply with Indonesian BPOM regulations while optimizing warehouse operations. You will manage the entire product lifecycle – from receiving and storage to distribution – while maintaining meticulous documentation. As the primary liaison between our company and regulatory bodies, you'll navigate government requirements, conduct compliance audits, and implement corrective actions. This position requires a blend of regulatory expertise and operational excellence to guarantee product safety and legal adherence in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full BPOM compliance for all products and maintain regulatory documentation
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution workflows
- Optimize product flow to minimize handling time and maximize inventory accuracy
- Act as primary liaison with BPOM and government agencies for compliance matters
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective action plans
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure operational adjustments
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation for regulatory submissions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in BPOM compliance or regulatory affairs
- Proven warehouse management and inventory control experience
- Strong understanding of Indonesian drug and food regulations
- Excellent communication skills for government liaison
- Proficiency in compliance documentation systems
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
