Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules on plant machinery to ensure continuous operational availability.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on mechanical and instrumentation equipment, including motors, pumps, valves, and control systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime through efficient troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Install, calibrate, and test new equipment or system upgrades as required by plant operations.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Adhere strictly to all corporate safety protocols, environmental regulations, and site-specific operating procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery performance and suggest improvements for operational reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related vocational/technical course.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Plant Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic instrumentation.
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety (LOTO, PPE compliance, and hazard identification).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifting schedules, to support continuous plant operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
