You will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our heavy machinery and processing equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs on plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in plant maintenance or heavy equipment repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks as required.
- Willing to work on shifts or rotating schedules if necessary.
