Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily production tasks and operational duties within the plant facility.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards during operations.
- Operate machinery and equipment efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor production output to meet daily targets and quality specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work on a rotating schedule or specific shifts as required by plant operations.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or the poultry industry is an advantage.
- Must be available for immediate deployment and willing to undergo a background check.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
