Tanggung Jawab
- Perform plastic welding operations on various components and parts according to specifications.
- Maintain and inspect welding equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all welding work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate plastic parts accurately.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify workflow improvements and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S workplace standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in plastic welding or fabrication is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of different plastic materials and welding techniques (e.g., hot gas welding, ultrasonic welding).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols (PPE usage).
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment, standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in welding or manufacturing is a plus.
