Sigma Global Technology is seeking a skilled Platform Analyst (Monitoring) to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this contract role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our IT platforms through proactive monitoring, analysis, and incident management. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain high system availability and drive continuous improvement.
As a Platform Analyst, you will leverage cutting-edge monitoring tools to oversee system health, identify anomalies, and respond swiftly to potential disruptions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the stability and scalability of our infrastructure, enabling seamless operations across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions for all production systems and services.
- Analyze system performance metrics and logs to detect trends, potential issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Respond to and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance monitoring frameworks and alerting thresholds.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline monitoring tasks, reporting, and incident response workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of monitoring configurations, procedures, and runbooks.
- Generate regular reports on system health, performance trends, and incident analysis for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT monitoring, system administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian.
