Are you a compassionate educator with a heart for early childhood development? We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Playschool / Nursery Teacher to join our private learning center in San Pedro City, Laguna. In this role, you will play a foundational part in shaping the curiosity and academic journey of our youngest learners.
The ideal candidate is someone who brings warmth, patience, and a creative approach to classroom management. We believe that learning at a young age should be fun, interactive, and nurturing. You will be responsible for creating a safe environment where toddlers feel encouraged to explore, interact with their peers, and develop essential social and cognitive skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate daily lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for toddlers and nursery students.
- Monitor and document each child’s developmental progress and communicate updates effectively with parents.
- Supervise play activities, ensuring the physical safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Encourage positive social interaction and help children develop self-regulation and communication skills.
- Maintain classroom organization, sanitation, and inventory of learning materials and supplies.
- Organize group activities, storytelling sessions, and creative arts projects to engage students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a nursery, playschool, or daycare setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Naturally patient, nurturing, and empathetic demeanor when handling toddlers.
- Creative and energetic personality with the ability to lead interactive learning activities.
- Strong understanding of child development milestones and positive discipline techniques.
- Ability to work full-time and commit to the long-term growth of our educational programs.
