Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair complex plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes according to industry standards.
- Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues accurately to determine the most effective repair solutions.
- Perform leak detection and repair on residential and commercial properties.
- Install and repair water heaters, boilers, and drainage systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, timelines, and pricing estimates.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational training or certification in Plumbing and Pipefitting is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) or equivalent certification.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid government-issued ID and NBI clearance.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
