Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement project governance frameworks, methodologies, and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, and closure processes
- Generate comprehensive project reports and executive dashboards for stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
