Are you a Podcast Editor ready to take ownership of a show from launch to distribution? Remote Raven is looking for a dedicated Podcast Creator to join our growing media team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our podcast production: editing high-quality episodes, managing multi-platform publishing, and providing end-to-end support for the entire production lifecycle.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in audio storytelling. You will work directly with our content leads to ensure every episode is polished, engaging, and optimized for discoverability. From raw audio to published RSS feeds, you will maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.

This is a fully remote, full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $6 – $7 USD per hour. The role is ideal for candidates based in Manila City, Metro Manila who are looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced digital media environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Edit and mix raw podcast audio to create clean, compelling, and professionally paced episodes ready for distribution.
- Manage end-to-end publishing across all major platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon Music), including metadata, artwork, and chapter markers.
- Develop and publish SEO-optimized show notes, transcripts, and promotional copy to maximize organic reach.
- Support pre-production activities, including guest scheduling, briefing documents, and technical audio checks.
- Create engaging social media clips, audiograms, and visual teasers to promote new episodes and grow audience engagement.
- Monitor and report on podcast performance metrics, offering actionable insights to improve content strategy.
- Maintain an organized digital library of raw files, final masters, and reusable assets.
- Stay up-to-date with podcasting trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in audio production.
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of professional experience in podcast editing, audio production, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency in DAWs such as Adobe Audition, Descript, Logic Pro X, or Reaper.
- Solid understanding of audio mixing, mastering, noise reduction, and sound design techniques.
- Hands-on experience with podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout, Transistor, Libsyn, or similar) and RSS feed management.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting compelling show notes and metadata.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple episodes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter attitude with a reliable home studio setup, including a quiet workspace, quality microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Familiarity with video podcast editing and YouTube publishing is a strong plus.
