This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional media environment, working alongside experienced editors, producers, and content creators.
As a Podcast Intern, you will be an integral part of the podcast production pipeline. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our studio runs smoothly. From setting up equipment to managing the technical aspects of recording sessions, you will learn the ins and outs of professional audio production. This role offers a valuable glimpse into the fast-paced world of media and content creation within one of Singapore’s most reputable organizations.
You will not just be an observer; you will be an active contributor. You will support the production team in various capacities, from coordinating schedules and managing digital assets to providing creative input on show content and pacing. This is a paid internship designed to help you build a strong portfolio and develop core skills in audio engineering, project management, and editorial workflow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and configure microphones, audio interfaces, mixers, and recording software for daily podcast recording sessions.
- Assist with post-production tasks, including audio editing, leveling, noise reduction, and mastering.
- Coordinate with producers and editors to manage recording schedules and studio bookings.
- Maintain and organize the podcast studio and equipment inventory.
- Research topics, guests, and industry trends to support content development.
- Assist in transcribing, show noting, and preparing metadata for episode publication.
- Participate in creative meetings and provide feedback on episode flow and audio quality.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma/Degree in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field.
- Strong interest in podcasting, audio storytelling, and digital media.
- Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Logic Pro X, Adobe Audition, or Reaper).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
