Join the YouTube team as a Policy Enforcement Manager focusing on Graphic Violence. This is a critical role dedicated to protecting the integrity of the YouTube platform by enforcing Community Guidelines. You will be at the forefront of content safety, reviewing and adjudicating content that involves graphic violence to ensure a safe environment for billions of users.
In this dynamic position, you will utilize your fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu to analyze and moderate content effectively. You will handle complex cases, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce YouTube's Community Guidelines specifically regarding graphic violence and harmful content.
- Review and adjudicate high-volume and complex content moderation cases with high accuracy.
- Analyze policy violations and trends to provide actionable insights to the safety team.
- Escalate critical safety issues to senior leadership and external partners when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve content detection tools.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to junior moderators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Linguistics, Law) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Previous experience in content moderation, safety operations, or policy enforcement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital safety principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
