TikTok is seeking a seasoned Policy Manager for Behavioral Health and Regulated Content to join our elite Trust and Safety team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the policies that govern how millions of users engage with sensitive content daily.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including legal, product, and public policy teams, to develop nuanced, scalable, and safe content guidelines. As we continue to scale, your expertise will be instrumental in identifying emerging trends in behavioral health, mitigating risks associated with regulated content, and fostering a digital ecosystem that prioritizes user well-being without compromising creative expression.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update global policies concerning behavioral health, sensitive content, and regulated goods.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging behavioral trends to proactively inform policy adjustments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate safety-by-design features into content moderation workflows.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of existing policies, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure policies are localized effectively while adhering to global standards.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to address safety challenges related to user-generated content and prohibited categories.
- Act as a subject matter expert in internal and external stakeholder meetings regarding Trust & Safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content policy, trust and safety, or risk management within the tech/social media industry.
- Deep understanding of behavioral health issues and global regulatory requirements for digital platforms.
- Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive, and high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and synthesize complex information into actionable policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across diverse, multicultural global teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred to support global policy operations.
