Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily pool cleaning, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing surfaces
- Monitor and maintain chemical balance for water quality and safety compliance
- Operate and troubleshoot pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters)
- Conduct regular water testing and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Assist in pre-opening setup and calibration of new pool systems
- Inspect pool areas for safety hazards and structural integrity
- Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment repairs and replacements
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility management
- Knowledge of water chemistry, filtration systems, and safety protocols
- Ability to operate pool equipment and perform minor repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical capability for outdoor work and manual handling
- Valid pool maintenance certification preferred
- Experience in pre-opening hotel/resort environments is advantageous
