- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage media relations and build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Create compelling press releases, articles, and other content to promote company initiatives
- Monitor media coverage and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement
- Coordinate press events, media briefings, and interviews
- Manage social media presence and engagement to amplify brand messaging
- Crisis management and reputation protection
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications
- Proven track record of securing media coverage in reputable outlets
- Strong writing and editing skills with ability to craft compelling narratives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure PR campaign effectiveness
