As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the company's image, building strong relationships with government agencies, and ensuring effective communication between our organization and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public relations, with specific experience in navigating the Malaysian government landscape. You will develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies, manage media relations, and serve as the primary liaison with government bodies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies with a focus on government relations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, policymakers, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and analyze government policies, regulations, and trends that may impact the company
- Prepare and distribute press releases, speeches, and other communication materials
- Represent the company at government meetings, hearings, and industry events
- Manage media relations and coordinate press conferences and interviews
- Develop crisis communication plans and manage PR issues effectively
- Track and report on PR activities and their impact on the company's reputation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, with at least 2 years in government relations
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with government agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian political and regulatory landscape
- Experience developing and executing PR campaigns and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in media relations and crisis management
