Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough pre-boarding security screening of passengers and their cabin baggage.
- Operate advanced security screening equipment, including X-ray machines and metal detectors.
- Perform physical checks and pat-downs in accordance with established aviation security protocols.
- Manage passenger flow at security checkpoints to ensure efficient and timely processing.
- Identify, escalate, and report any prohibited items or suspicious behavior immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers through the screening process with professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness to deter potential security threats.
- Document security incidents and ensure accurate reporting for all operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong command of English to facilitate effective communication with international travelers.
- Ability to perform shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Possess a high level of physical fitness and alertness for long hours of standing and monitoring.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-security, fast-paced aviation environment.
- A disciplined mindset with a strong commitment to safety and integrity.
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or hospitality is highly regarded but not mandatory.
