Tanggung Jawab
- Pre-flight and review digital files to ensure they meet strict printing specifications and client requirements.
- Perform color correction, image manipulation, and proofing to maintain high-quality visual outputs.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve layout, font, or image quality issues before the final print run.
- Manage the imposition of digital files for efficient press utilization.
- Maintain equipment calibration and digital asset organization to ensure streamlined workflows.
- Monitor and manage production timelines to ensure on-time delivery for large-scale publishing projects.
- Implement quality control measures to reduce waste and minimize production errors.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pre-Press Operator or in a similar print production role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
- Strong understanding of color management systems (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) and print finishing techniques.
- Experience with digital file imposition software and pre-flighting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical files under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a mid-shift team setting.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable working in a pioneer team environment with evolving processes.
