Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and dispense medication accurately and safely in accordance with prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and medication counseling to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical decision-making processes under the supervision of senior pharmacists.
- Monitor patient medication therapy to identify potential drug interactions, allergies, or adverse effects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records and documentation.
- Assist in the procurement, inventory management, and quality assurance of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities and educational seminars.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration or eligibility for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- Strong foundation in pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmaceutical calculations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospital environment.
