- Analyze and map complex workflows across hospital departments, radiology units, and diagnostic centers
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solution architectures
- Develop customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for healthcare clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare compelling proposals and technical documentation
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and ROI analyses for healthcare technology solutions
- Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses and technical presentations
- Research healthcare industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform solution development
- Train internal teams on healthcare-specific product capabilities and clinical applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- 3+ years of pre-sales, sales engineering, or healthcare IT experience
- Deep understanding of hospital workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with healthcare IT systems (HIS, RIS, PACS, EMR) preferred
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills for solution design and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and RFP responses
