Tanggung Jawab
- Program and optimize CNC milling/turning operations using CAD/CAM software
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines for tight-tolerance component production
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements
- Document procedures and maintain production quality records
- Collaborate with engineering teams on design-for-manufactability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of GD&T and geometric tolerancing
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with high-precision machining (±0.001mm tolerance)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
