Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain precision machining tools (CNC or manual lathes/milling machines).
- Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to execute production tasks accurately.
- Perform regular inspection of parts to ensure compliance with quality control standards and tolerances.
- Make machine adjustments and tool offsets as needed to maintain production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Document production logs and report any deviations in the manufacturing process to the floor supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar CNC operation role.
- Strong understanding of measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical documentation.
- Good analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
