Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-precision parts according to technical specifications.
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to plan machining operations.
- Perform machine setup, including selecting proper tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure peak operational performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with production engineers to optimize machining cycles and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to factory safety protocols and 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in CNC machining (Milling or Turning).
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and G-code/M-code programming.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a high-performance team.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern if required by production demands.
