Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate precision components
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
- Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Optimize machining parameters for efficiency and material utilization
- Document production processes and maintain quality control records
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement design improvements
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of CNC milling experience with vertical/horizontal machines
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T specifications
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas CNC control systems
- Strong knowledge of metalworking materials (aluminum, steel, alloys)
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Machining Technology preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam)
