In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and our enterprise clients. You will lead technical demonstrations, design bespoke security architectures, and empower our clients to mitigate modern digital threats.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective enterprise clients.
- Analyze customer infrastructure to provide tailored cybersecurity solution designs.
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the global engineering team to provide feedback on market-driven feature requests.
- Develop and maintain proof-of-concept (PoC) environments for product validation.
- Provide technical training and support to sales partners and internal team members.
- Keep abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and the competitive landscape in the ID market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management within the IT/Cybersecurity sector.
- Strong understanding of network security, data protection, and threat detection technologies.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing technical requirements for complex sales cycles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific security certs) are highly desirable.
