As a Presales Support Associate, you will participate in the full lifecycle of a deal, from initial discovery to proposal design and technical demonstration. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in identifying client requirements and translating them into technical solution proposals.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customized solutions that address client-specific business challenges.
- Support the drafting of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) documents.
- Conduct competitive analysis to keep our offerings positioned ahead of market trends.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and service offerings.
- Provide technical consultation to clients during the proof-of-concept (POC) stage.
- Document client feedback and technical requirements to facilitate smooth project handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support, presales, or technical consultancy role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in designing technical solutions and creating compelling presentation decks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a client-facing environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Relevant technical certifications are considered a strong advantage.
