Tanggung Jawab
- Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods ensuring safety
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environments
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Assist in creating engaging lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Participate in center events, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions
- Adhere to health, safety, and licensing regulations
Kualifikasi
- Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Education (FECCE) required
- Early Childhood (ECH) certification or equivalent qualification
- Valid License to Operate a Nursery (LON) in Singapore
- Prior experience in preschool or childcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts
- Creative and patient approach to child development
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and learning methodologies
