Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare nutritious and balanced meals and snacks for children according to the center's menu.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and clearing waste.
- Assist in the inventory management of food supplies and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety regulations and health guidelines.
- Organize kitchen storage areas to maintain an orderly and efficient workspace.
- Support the preschool team during meal service to ensure timely delivery of food to classrooms.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is highly preferred.
- Valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for young children.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following strict safety protocols.
- Professional demeanor and a genuine care for child welfare and safety.
