Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and document children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and progress
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive educational program
- Organize and conduct educational activities, including arts, crafts, music, and storytelling
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Valid teaching license or certification in early childhood education
- Own transport is required for this position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
