Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Create engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical development
- Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment conducive to exploration and learning
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialists to support individual child needs
- Participate in curriculum development and ongoing professional training
- Model positive behavior and social skills through daily interactions
- Adhere to health/safety regulations and school policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid Preschool Teaching Certification (e.g., DCE-T, LCE-T)
- Minimum 2 years classroom experience with preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of child development principles and learning frameworks
- Creative lesson planning and classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Fluency in English with ability to sing/read stories effectively
