YK Education is a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering preschool teachers to share their love, passion, and skills with young learners. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher & Admin to join our growing team in Johor Bahru.
In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the educational journey of young children while also supporting our centre's administrative operations. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Chinese and English, passionate about early childhood education, and committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool children in Mandarin and English
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes holistic child development
- Monitor and document children's progress and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's learning and behavioral updates
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including attendance tracking, record-keeping, and classroom preparation
- Coordinate and execute school events, activities, and enrichment programs
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain consistent educational standards
- Support enrollment processes and handle general enquiries professionally
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in preschool or early childhood settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and adults
- Patient, creative, and passionate about early childhood education
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities effectively
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Working knowledge of basic office software and child management systems is an advantage
