Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning activities that stimulate the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore their creativity.
- Observe and document children's progress, behavior, and interests to tailor educational experiences effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, achievements, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning space, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan events, activities, and daily schedules.
- Assist in the supervision and management of classroom behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for early childhood development and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Previous experience in a preschool setting is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic, supportive team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the children and the center.
