Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Mandarin-English bilingual curriculum aligned with early learning standards
- Create engaging lesson plans focusing on cognitive, social, and emotional skill development
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and communicate developmental milestones with parents
- Organize creative classroom activities including art, music, and sensory play
- Ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff for cohesive program delivery
- Participate in professional training workshops and curriculum improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency with teaching experience
- Valid teaching certification recognized by Malaysian education authorities
- Minimum 2 years experience in preschool or kindergarten settings
- Strong classroom management and child engagement techniques
- Creative lesson planning abilities with multicultural awareness
- Excellent communication skills for parent-teacher interactions
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
