Our mission is to make quality food accessible for everyone, and we are looking for a dedicated technical professional to help us maintain our operational excellence.
In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the longevity and efficiency of our production facilities and equipment. You will execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and oversee project-based maintenance tasks to upgrade our infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure a safe, sanitary, and highly efficient environment for our food production processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections on production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility utilities to prevent breakdowns.
- Execute project-based maintenance tasks, including facility renovations, equipment installation, and system upgrades.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to restore equipment functionality quickly.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records for spare parts and consumables.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and occupational health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize production disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Preventative/Project Maintenance Technician role.
- Familiarity with food and beverage manufacturing environments and HACCP safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
