Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, commercial kitchen equipment, and plumbing fixtures to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure full compliance with all local regulations and company standards.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and perform repairs during night shifts when required.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements accurately in company records.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive measures.
- Replace or repair worn-out parts and perform quality checks to extend equipment lifespan.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Technology.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and commercial kitchen appliances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork across the region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Physically fit to handle fieldwork, including lifting equipment and standing for extended periods.
