You will leverage deep market insights and data analytics to optimize price coverage and accuracy across a vast product ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pricing initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies to maximize market share and profitability in the Indonesian market.
  • Conduct rigorous competitor price monitoring and analysis to identify market gaps and pricing opportunities.
  • Lead the aggregation and normalization of platform price data to ensure 100% accuracy and coverage.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align pricing tactics with promotional calendars and inventory availability.
  • Build and maintain pricing dashboards to visualize performance and track key metrics.
  • Optimize pricing rules and algorithms to respond dynamically to market fluctuations and competitor actions.
  • Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, pricing management, or competitive intelligence within the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic pricing decisions.
