Join our dynamic e-commerce team in Jakarta as a TikTok E-commerce Assistant! We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to support our rapidly growing TikTok store operations.
In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in managing our TikTok e-commerce platform, working closely with marketing and content teams to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our Chinese-speaking suppliers/partners and the Indonesian market, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) and have a genuine interest in the e-commerce industry, particularly within the TikTok ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage TikTok store operations including product listing, inventory updates, and pricing coordination
- Provide customer support in Mandarin Chinese via chat, email, and phone channels
- Coordinate with content creators and marketing team for TikTok promotional campaigns and live streams
- Monitor TikTok store performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on sales and engagement
- Research trending products and market trends in the e-commerce industry
- Handle order processing, fulfillment coordination, and after-sales service
- Translate and localize product content from Chinese to Indonesian/English
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and drive conversions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 certification or equivalent preferred)
- Strong interest in e-commerce, social media platforms, and TikTok ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus
